How to use:

1. Take out theprotect Knee pads controller first and install it correctly on the protective gear.

2. Before use the silver knee pads, it is recommended to apply the introduction cream on the feet or wet the protective gear with water and wear the protective gear.

3. Press the (+) key to turn on the machine, press the (M) key to select the personal preference mode (1-10 modes), then press the (+) key to select the gear that suits you (1-25 gears), and finally press the (H) key to select the time you want (30-60) minutes. After use, press the (-) key to turn off the machine.

4. After use, remove the massage head, wash the socks by hand, dry them and store them (do not machine wash).

Precautions:

1. Please read the precautions carefully before using this product.

2. When using silver knee pads for the first time, please use a weak frequency and intensity for no more than 5 minutes.

3. If there are wounds on the skin where protective gear is worn, do not use this product.

When the red light of the controller flashes, it indicates that it needs to be charged. If the controller is not used for a long time, please charge it at least once every 6 months.

5. After use the protect Knee pads , please clean and dry the protect Knee pads in a timely manner.
